Service
RoofNudge provides lead-management and configuration software for roofing businesses. Features labeled future, preview, or unavailable are not part of the current production service commitment.
Accounts and organizations
You must provide accurate information, safeguard access, assign appropriate roles, and promptly remove users who should no longer access your organization. Account owners are responsible for activity within their organization.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law, send unlawful or deceptive communications, impersonate others, interfere with security, access another tenant, upload malicious content, or process data you have no right to use.
Billing
Paddle is Merchant of Record and processes payments, taxes, invoices, refunds, and subscription management. Plan allowances apply per billing period. Changes take effect according to the checkout or portal terms displayed by Paddle. A 14-day free trial is available on Starter only for eligible new customers and requires a payment card. Growth and Pro do not include a free trial. Refund eligibility and requests are explained in our Refund policy.
Customer data
You retain ownership of customer data. You grant us the limited rights needed to process it to provide and secure the service. You are responsible for legal notices, consent, data accuracy, and communication compliance.
