Microsoft integration is in beta. It requires an account with the requested mailbox and calendar permissions. Availability depends on your organization's Microsoft policies, and administrator consent may be required.

How data is handled

Sign in with Microsoft

Connect through Microsoft’s OAuth authorization screen. Requested access includes your profile, reading and sending mail, and reading and writing calendar events. Your organization may require administrator consent.

Reply from the account you connected

RoofNudge sends through the connected Outlook mailbox. Replies to existing messages use Microsoft’s reply action, keeping the response attached to the conversation.

Bring incoming replies into RoofNudge

Mailbox synchronization updates the conversation workspace. Your team can review the homeowner’s messages alongside lead details and take over when a human response is needed.

Choose the calendar for estimates

Select an editable Microsoft calendar and configure appointment hours, duration and notice. RoofNudge uses the connected calendar when checking availability and managing appointments.

Check the connection when delivery needs attention

Connection health and reconnect controls are available in integration settings. Authorization expiry, Microsoft policies or provider failures can interrupt sending and synchronization.
