Replies use the connected Gmail account. When replying to an existing message, RoofNudge uses the Gmail thread so the homeowner can continue the conversation in their inbox.
Keep the lead and conversation together
Mailbox synchronization brings eligible inquiries and replies into the lead workspace. Review the message history and let your team handle conversations that need attention.
Connect the calendar separately
Gmail permission does not automatically connect Google Calendar. Connect a calendar, choose appointment hours and configure booking availability in the calendar settings.
Stay in control of access
Disconnect Gmail from RoofNudge when needed. Mail delivery depends on a valid connection, enabled delivery and your company’s automation settings. Google Workspace administrator restrictions can affect authorization.
