How data is handled

Pick your scheduling calendar

Connect Google Calendar separately or select a calendar through your Microsoft connection. Choose the calendar your team uses for appointments.

Set your appointment rules

Configure your time zone, opening hours, appointment duration, buffer between appointments and minimum notice. Closed days are excluded from availability.

Offer times around existing events

Availability checks account for busy calendar periods and your booking rules. A suggested time is not a booking until the appointment is confirmed and created.

Keep the booking with the lead

Appointment information is associated with the lead so your team can see the conversation and visit details together. Connected calendar appointments can be managed from RoofNudge.

Leave room for your team’s judgment

Calendar availability is not route planning. Your team remains responsible for travel time, staffing and whether a particular job fits the visit.
